Thaci must visit Presevo Valley

Tahiri said this visit could be conducted much earlier, prior to Serbia's president's visit to Kosovo. But he indicated that this visit cannot be realised directly between Kosovo and Serbia, but through the European Union, as two states do not recognise each other.

“You must go if possible with an official visit and an official ceremony. Serbia does not accept our ambassador to Belgrade either, but within the EU Office.
