This will be done by regular procedure in the Kosovo Assembly through the adoption of relevant laws: The Law on KSF, the Law on the Status of KSF Members and the Defence Ministry Law. The president added.
The long way of doing Kosovo with its Army is definitely coming to an end in the weeks and months to come, the president said as well.
“This process will be transparent and unifying for Kosovo politics, but also all its citizens”, Thaci added.
This transition and the creation of FAK will take place in co-ordination and in full support of the US and NATO, which was confirmed at the meetings we had as Kosovo delegation to New York and Washington, President Thaci stressed.
