Minister Tahiri stresses that justice is everyone's sacred guarantee, that nobody is above the law.
The law does not serve separate institutions, nor separate powers, nor separate citizens, but is neutral and equal for all even when we are guilty even when it frees us from the burden of guilt. This is the fundamental principle that should lead us all to the consolidation of justice in which we believe without any hesitation”, he said.
Looking at the many comments and reactions in recent days that connect with the independent work of independent law enforcement bodies, the minister recalls that justice is neutral and equal for all and that it has real standards of action, which cannot be part of the political disinformation.
Tahiri stresses that regardless of who the subject or the side is in the procedure, it is independent law enforcement bodies who decide who has come against the law and who is innocent. Any pressure on the institutions of justice, by everyone, is unacceptable.
In this case, Minister Tahiri invites all public and political functions, such as the country's citizens, to be reserved from any comment of prosecutorial work and courts, and to trust them in the right administration of justice, because only with full respect for their independence, we can expect reliable and fair and equal processes for all citizens of the country.
