The French education minister has expressed his support for the Arabic language to be taught in school.
Jean-Michel Blancquer said during an interview for French television, that this would be a very good strategy, since according to him the Arabic égjah is one of the greatest languages of civilization.
In other languages, Arabic must be learned, he said, adding that it is not only students of Arabic but French origin who should do so.
“Arabia is one of the greatest languages of civilization along with the Chinese and Russian”, he said. /Periscope.
