Speaking from MPJ: That's why we allowed Vuchy to visit Weiman

Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli has changed his opinion about the agenda of Serbian President Alexander Vuciq's visit to Kosovo within hours. He before the media yesterday at noon said Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has asked for permission to visit and one has been approved.
But as Pacolli put it, Vucic has made another plan that says he will visit the Weiman for whom he has been granted permission.
I don't know what reason I'm going to visit him in time of dialogue, there's no urban centre there. Every visit should have a reason, and then a base, Pacolli said.
But in the evening, on a Twitter post, and MPJ notice, Pacolli had said that “Vucciq is welcome to Kosovo...”.

The decision was made because of this change, a “expansion” of the European Union's chief for foreign policy and security, Federica Moghrini, which facilitates dialogue for normalising Kosovo-Serbia reports.
Jethlr Zyberaj from the AKR, once head of Pacolli's cabinet and his top political adviser at the MPJ, has said that even their party's position is on the institutional line.
“With the suggestion of the EU mediator and other allies who are committed to reaching the agreement between our two states, the demand has been reviewed and the route approved in accordance with the official request and in line with rules for the visits of senior officials seen prior to the Brussels” agreement, he has said.
Our “position as AKR is institutional and state. We are interested in dialogue and normalisation of relations between our two countries. Under this we thank the Western allies for supporting our country in the process of consolidation and European integration”, Zyberaj added.
Asked about it, if President Hashim Thaci should visit the Presevo Valley after Vuciq's visit to Kosovo, Zyberaj has said that he should do so not only Thaci, but also head of the government Ramush Haradinaj and Minister Behgjet Pacolli and other institutional leaders.
Not only Thaci, but Haradinaj, Pacolli and all the institutional leaders are responsible for caring for Albanian citizens of the Valley. Unfortunately, Kosovo has failed to take care of that” part.
Vuciq was ahead to meet with President Thaci yesterday in Brussels, but had cancelled this meeting, and instead of the joint meeting the presidents met separately with Federica Moghrin.
Vuciq is expected to arrive in Kosovo at 2:00.
