Spanish minister resigns after reporting that she copied the diploma theme

Health Minister in Spain Carmen Monton has resigned after media reports of irregularities in her graduation manner. Monton thus becomes the second member of the cabinet to resign since June, where Prime Minister Pedroa Sanchez took office.
