Police have arrested a suspect in the village of Lower Stanovc of Vushtrri after the same man stole the phone from his sister and exchanged it for narcotics substances to an unknown person.
Of the suspect as material evidence, 25.7 grams of narcotics suspected of marijuana have been confiscated. After interviewing at the prosecutor's order, the suspect has been released in regular procedure.
