According to the Serbian agency Vuciq has launched the building, where she has held a meeting with the EU chief and has travelled to the airport to fly to Belgrade.
Serbia's “president by evening will not address the public and has yet made no decision whether to cancel the visit to Kosovo, following threats and lies by politicians in Pristina”, Kosovo Office Director Marko Djuric has said.
