Officials from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) are leaving their commitment to schools to municipalities. And it was the same minister who had pledged months earlier that this year they would commit to adding the number of experts to pre-university education institutions.
Adviser to MANT, Valmir Gashi, has said the ministry is aware that schools need psychologists and professors, but that increasing their number depends on municipalities.
Article 37 of the Law for Pre-university Education, which speaks of non-instructive professional staff, predicts that schools should have psychologists and professors engaged.
