He has even passed procedures in the government and is soon expected to start discussing the Parliamentary Commissions, KTV reports.
Faton Topalli, MP The PSD, which even initiated this bill with the support of 11 of its colleagues, believes in supporting political parties in the Parliament and voting in favour of this draft state-interested bill.
He says it would be misuse if laws from the presidency were made with accelerated procedure only for a specific issue.
But Artan Murati from KDI says the Assembly cannot be introduced two bills on a similar issue.
According to him, if there is initiative even from the presidency, then a joint commission should be established and harmonised with the PSD bill.
This bill had slammed Vetevendosje with the PSD.
The latter had prosecuted the bill a day before doing so to Vetevendosje.
Kurti's Party charged The PSD stole their bill.
Topalli himself, as the initiator, said in their bill there is no line written by Vetevendosje.
