It is the Vetevendosje movement that has called for mobilization, in order to stop President Thaci from discussing the borders in dialogue with Serbia, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The next meeting between the presidents Thaci and Vucinic will take place on 7 September in Brussels. The two presidents speak in one voice when they lay the need to make the borders part of the negotiations. But they give different versions about what the new boundaries will be.
Yet, both share the idea of separation according to the principle of ethnic alignment.
Based on what Thaci has declared so far, “correction” implies the involvement of the entire Presevo Valley within Kosovo's territory, that is, three municipalities: Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. It is a territory of some 1,200 square miles [1,200 sq km].
