As the newspaper has reported, it is Elez Blakaj, who, while he was a special prosecutor, the names of police officers “fraud” has distributed them to regional prosecutors from where they came from. He identified 140 people who had provided reports from psychiatry that their state of mind is not sustainable.
But few investigative actions have been taken in this case.
This, since the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has initially refused to investigate these policemen. This prosecutor has claimed this investigation is the competence of the Special Prosecutor. But the latter has insisted that the investigation should be continued by the Founding Prosecutors.
