Police have responded immediately, and once they arrived at the scene, they have encountered victim V. S. (1989), which was without signs of life.
The victim's death instead of the incident has been recorded by the medical team.
Kosovo's “Police, regional investigators, in full co-operation with the State Prosecutor, have taken all necessary operational-esthetial measures to clarify all circumstances for carrying out the criminal act, the murder. At the order of the state prosecutor, the victim is sent to the Law Medicine Institute for Obligation”, the report says.
