Police have declared that these people were trying to get AK47, hand grenades and bomb-building materials so they could carry out the attack.
These men aged 21 to 34 ended up in handcuffs Thursday.
Three other suspects had previously been arrested after trying to travel abroad to join the militants.
According to the prosecution, at the centre of this group is a 34-year-old native of Iraq who was sentenced in 2017 after trying to travel to join the Islamic State in combat.
