1. Eliminating and publishing the names of those allegedly false veterans and illegally benefiting is a violation of privacy and dignity of the names published as well as damage from the beginning of the process of establishing justice in this delicate process. This is no sign that this process will be good, when it has started so perverse.

2. After only the names have been published, and there are also people known internationally that they were part of the KLA (persons I have fellow fighters found on that list), the prosecution is obliged to explain urgently how such a considerable number of people for whom there was no dilemma if they were part of the liberation war were on that list. The prosecution needs to explain more specifically what he thought when he briefly commented that not all on these lists are false veterans, but illegal beneficiaries of the pension scheme.

3. All this debate of the last few days, it should not shake us from the truth that this process has been manipulated and that the list of war veterans has swollen to one side for clinetelistic voting issues and on the other, material criminal benefits. We should also not be swayed by efforts to establish justice in this process.

4. And for the end, this storm, this manipulation, can only temporarily damage memory for KLA and liberation. Otherwise in eternity of times, The KLA and our liberation war will remain as one of the finest chapters in the history of the Albanian nation. All real veterans should be proud to be part of these brilliant pages of our history.
