“has been a communiqué that in case universal postal service is not carried out, we will come into a situation that we cannot accomplish workers' salaries”.
He has said that because they have been forced to cover this service, they have come to this situation.
“As a result that this service has not been covered, it has also gone to the Constitutional Court, where it has asked the Government to make a write-down. The government also requested a letter of confirmation, was the only one calling for postal service”.
The current “Borgi is about 5m euros that we have earmarked for these postal services, while the government has not done its job in connection with them. The entire documentation has gone to government and now we are waiting for the government to reflect”.
Hoxha reaffirmed the demand for workers' payment. He added that the salary is guaranteed by law.
To pay off workers, not to have blockades in doing jobs under normal conditions, because that creates a bad image for the company”.
“Paga is guaranteed by law. We've called for this case to be carried out, but it's been delayed”.
Hoxha has said that Posta is the only company that has concrete plans to get out of the crisis, while showing that services conducted so far have been contrary to the law.
“Power services figures spread contrary to the Republic of Kosovo, Law on Postal Services...”
He has said the problem is that he is not paying their debts.
The total cost is 450 thousand euros, if Posta performs that service. But Mail is being denied to perform this postal service. That right by law belongs to the Kosovo Post”.
Post workers told Klan Kosovo that the strike will continue until the workers' demands are met.
