MPs and government officials mentioned in the lists of false “entians” say everything was assembled.

Beke Berisha, deputy of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), is one who saw his name on the list published in the media as a fraud veteran.

Berisha calls this list political assembly.

Berisha, who is also chairman of Istog veterans, says he will sue Blakay for blemishing and that he has made the whole charge for personal gain.

It's good to follow the legal ways, create a huge volume lawsuit with the prosecutor calling and facing trial for which purpose he has put us on these lists. I invite my fellow fighters not to threaten because we will follow the constitutional ways”, Berisha said.

And on this list is Gazment Syla, who at first thought his name was among the fake veterans is a technical error.

I haven't really taken this problem seriously, because all the Dukagjini fighters know me, but at first I thought it was a technical mistake, but when I've seen the names of many of my fellow fighters, then there's been a bad feeling”, says Gazmend Syla- adviser at the Office of the Prime Minister for Veterans.

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has submitted to the Constitutional Court in Pristina the full list of 20,000 those named fraud veterans.

In the indictment it has been proposed that the court issue the motion to prevent the payment of legally acquired pensions as KLA veterans until the outcome of the criminal procedure.
