Just a day after the media reported that part of the subject paperwork in the case of the Aulon Zeka murder, including the indictment, has disappeared and is not being found, the subject has been found at the Court of Appeals.
News of the KALLXO.com confirmed it by Court of Appeals spokesman Arber Jashari.
“Landa has been found with all the paperwork that were confused into another subject of serious crimes at the Appeals Court”, Jashar said.
KA LLXO.com reported yesterday that for several days a portion of the subject paperwork in the case of the 16-year-old Aulon Zeka is missing.
Afrim Zeka's father said he has asked the Pristina Constitutional Pristina Prosecutor's Office to start investigating the subject.
A few minutes after KALLXO.com reported exclusively that the subject for the murder of Aulon Zeka, which the Court of Appeals turned into a retrial has not been complete, the Court of Appeals says the subject turned into a complete foundation.
In a response to KALLXO.com, Appeals spokesman Arber Jashari said the Court of Appeals has turned the whole subject into a foundation.
The Court of Appeals has been announced days before by the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the case, and has immediately launched an internal verification regarding claims in question. From the sight of our records, it turns out that the PAM.n.44/2018 subject has been fully exposed (informed plus 1 folk) at the first-degree court, with 16.08.20188x0>, Jashar said.
That the subject has returned completely to the Foundation, Jashar says it is also proven by the signing of the administrative official of the basic court who has accepted the subject and failed to show any remarks during the act of accession.
The Court of Appeals, however, welcomes any institutional initiative that would contribute to the dawning that full uncertainty and is ready for co-operation.
KA LLXO.com exclusively reported today that part of Aulon Zeka's course has not been returned to the Foundation and has resulted in preventing the trial of minors in the case.
Africa Zeka, the father of the slain Aulon Zeka, has complained at KALLXO.com that the subject against his son has been lost and therefore no hearing has been held which was before held today.
He's in a statement for KALLXO.com told about today's session.
So far I'm sort of okay, but today my concern is very big because today was the session to be held for the murder of my son and the session wasn't held for a stupid reason, there's a missing indictment file. I don't know if they did it on purpose at the Court of Appeals or what happens I don't know”, Zeka said.
He added that he has applied to the prosecutor for investigation into the lack of course.
At once after the hearing I put a request to the prosecutor to read immediately the case of why he is hiding or missing the indictment file”, he added.
Finally, the father of the slain last year, Aulon Zeka, has asked the justice system to take the matter seriously.
So far I've been patient, since I've had the market my son has been killed even then I've been patient, let justice be done with the feeling I shouldn't deal with because I don't have to deal with”, he said.
KA LLXO.com has also contacted case judge Albina Rama, who said the session's extension has been made due to lack of paperwork.
We haven't been given the paperwork back, as it seems, at first it's messed up, it's stuck, or they're looking all over for that subject, and that's one of the reasons why we pushed it today because it caused us obstacles in the process of testing further. At the moment we're saying it's confusing somewhere, it's not back so we're waiting for”, Rama said.
She added that the Court of Appeals did not receive the whole course.
A year ago, 16-year-old Aulon Zeka was found dead near the school “Moldel”, in Pristina, three other minors who were tried for the murder were indicted by their sentences.
No more than 24 hours after this tragic event, Kosovo Police announced that they have arrested two minors, one male, and the other female sex.
A day later, the Pristina Constitutional Court against the two minors had appointed the detention measure, while the Court of Appeals had confirmed that move.
Despite the arrest of two minors, it took them nearly two months until Kosovo police managed to find the weapon that was allegedly killed by Aulon Zeka.
The initial session was held in December, and minors were declared innocent.
In addition to the first two minors, the prosecution had included the third minor, who was charged with failing to report criminal work.
Although the prosecution initially charged the first two minors in co-ordination criminal acts in February, the prosecution withdrew the claim against the second minor in connection with the murder, while requalifying the claim to assist the perpetrators after the criminal act.
Throughout the hearings held at the Pristina Foundation Court, Aulon's society organised protests demanding justice for the murder of their friend.
For the discovery of these claims, Aulon Zeka's family lawyer at the March 9th session had requested an international examination of Aulon Zeka's phone because he claimed the examination had not been done properly.
April 16 marked the end of that judgment.
The Pristina Foundation Court found the first minor guilty and pronounced him nine years and six months in prison for minors.
The minor pronounced the educational and corrective measure for three years, while the third minor was subjected to supervision by the custody body during the length of one and a half years.
Last month the Court of Appeals has turned the case into retrial. The missing file for the murder of Aulon Zeca is uncovered. /Call. com/
