Lekaj: Revocation will only be made for drivers who continue to violate the law

Infrastructure Minister Paul Lekaj through a communique has said that the petition for driver's patent will only be made for multiple offenders and communications regulations.

“Reinsating knowledge of road communications rules will be done for all drivers who repeat ongoing counter-intractions in traffic, and for which other measures like fines, attracting negative points and the temporary suspension of driver's driver's license have not worked. Therefore, we re-inflammatory that this test will be subject only to multiple offenders of the law and traffic regulations”, the media communiqué submitted by the Ministry of Infrastructure said.

This change, according to Lekaj, in addition to increasing security in communications, will affect the creation of the largest credibility of the Republika Kosovo driver's license, in European countries and beyond.

Lekaj has said this process is only in the phase of discussion, and citizens will be announced in time to implement this rule.

The license equipment process for drivers in Kosovo will be adjusted to EU directives.
