The Foundation Court has convicted the four MPs: Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, Faton Topalli and Albulen Haxhiu.
For gun use, MP Albin Kurti has been sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison for obstructing the official person to six months in prison. Unique punishment: 1 year and 6 months in prison.
Sentence is conditional on period of 2-year verification.
MP Albulen Haxhiu for use of weapons has been sentenced to 1 year and 2 months in prison. For kidnapping the official person with four months. Unique punishment: 1 year and 3 months.
Donika Caday-Bujupi for gun use was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months for obstructing the official person to six months in prison. Unique sentence: 1 year and 6 months.
While MP Faton Topalli for weapon use has been sentenced to 1 year in prison and for obstructing the official person to 3 months in prison. Unique punishment: 1 year and two months.
All these sentences are conditional on period of 2-year verification.
The four deputies of the Kosovo Assembly are charged with gas drop at the Kosovo Assembly session in order to prevent ratification of the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro and the Community of Serb-run municipalities Agreement.
