The Kukians will be the residents affected by this tax, and this has caused their dissatisfaction, especially the fact that the Quakers have to cross the way even to get to the nearest regional hospital or school.
On Monday, at 11: 00 p.m., the residents of Kukes will rise up against the National Road tax again. We're joining the protest!”, reportedly in the report of the host group “Nushesh”, distributed on Facebook.
The past protest was held in March of this year and had marked with violence and burning of the checkpoint in Kukes.
