This has prompted workers to decide to go on strike since Monday.
The strike has warned the labour union, announcing that no service will be provided during this time.
The chairman of this union, Etri Hoti, has told the paper that they seek written guarantees from the management, Board and Government of Kosovo that the execution of salaries in the coming months will take place within the legal deadline.
