The faithful man is expected to vote on about 45 or 50 Albanian families living in this city to represent the community in the municipal assembly.
In Sweden the ballot boxes for local elections will open on 9 September, where Besnik Obertinca is the only Albanian candidate for the town of Strömstad.
Faithful Obertinca lives in Strömstad, Sweden, since 2010.
It has completed Political Science, Public Administration and Diplomacy department, as well as the Faculty of Medicine-led Fiziorapy, both in Pristina.
In Sweden it has legitimized both university diplomats. Currently, Besnik works as administration at Stömstad High, as well as with his wife leading a seasonal family business on a tourist island on the outskirts of this town.
Faithful Obertica for Calxo. com has said it has strong ties with the homeland and does not rule out the possibility of returning to Kosovo and accomplishing its political activity in Kosovo.
I am born, raised and educated in Kosovo. I have strong emotional ties to my country because my family, my circle, and my close association live there. With my mind and heart I belong to my country and I never rule out the possibility of being back in the future” has said Obertica.
Faithful Obertinca has started his political activity since 20/03/04 as a member of the LDK Youth Forum in Pristina, while in 2007/08 he has been on the Communist Assembly list in Pristina by that LDD (DDP Democratic League).
Faithful Obertinica has said political activity is currently doing in Sweden because she wants to contribute to the Albanian community in the diaspora. Obertinca has been a member of the Social Democrat Party since last year, and this year also part of the Communist Assembly list in Strömstad.
Obertinca has said the current policy in Kosovo would not have created opportunities to exercise political activity.
Kosovo's current policy does not believe it would have created opportunities for commitment, because the way it does politics consists of building personal interests rather than serving people as it should have been. I hope in exchange for generations that will necessarily produce good change and policy. New commitments would then be opened up. Until then, we hope on better days” has expressed Obertica.
