In the Express Interview on KTV, Konjufca has said that with other opposition parties they will agree Thursday on technical modalities they will undertake for the first session of the autumn session. For this, he has said they have the key condition that the extraordinary session called by the opposition should initially be held to prevent the negotiating of borders in dialogue with Serbia.

“We have since the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship that sets the agenda, were united against the idea to start the autumn session without the end session called by the opposition. This session has been interrupted due to the total majority boycott. That's why the next session starts. Technical modules will talk to opposition parties again tomorrow morning, but we all agree that the opposition session will be held. We're going to let him come to the Assembly like nothing happens when it's known there's been dramatic developments. On June 28th, President Hashim Thaci said we have red lines with Serbia and so far the president's idea has developed to go into dialogue with Serbia and will open it as a matter. We can't go back to normal. Urgent hearing is needed to issue a document so the president can do that and open Kosovo's borders with Vucinciqi. The opposition can't get back to normal work without that being”, he said. The “Oposi will set it as a condition of parliamentary life to hold our session and adopt the document that prevents the president from dialogueing borders”.

Konjufca has said the ruling coalition with its boycott of opposition initiatives is drowning democracy in the Parliament.

According to him, parliamentary resistance is not enough in the country, but popular mobilization is needed to stop the president from negotiating the borders with Serbia.

Thaci's idea of border correction, Konjufca has called it a second episode of what happened at the end of 2017 with the attempt to undo the Special Court. Thaci has said that because he feels threatened by this court. He has expressed surprise why the president has waited 20 years to promote the Valley issue.

According to Konjufca, Vetevendosje is committed to protests, but wants them to join as opposition joining the LDK. Here he has said he is seeing an LDK hesitation, but has added that he cannot be expected without borders.

“Vetevendosje cannot wait without the LDK limit. We have extended the invitation, and if the LDK thinks that against Thaci of Haradinaj's dangerous ideas and misgovernance should not be followed by protests and satisfied with the current situation, for the VV stands to work. We'll continue with protests, but it's correct. There must be a united opposition protest. We were born in protests, they're trouble for us. It's correct that it's better to be done by the whole opposition. The LDK is holding back and checking out what to do with it, counting. We will not wait indefinitely. I think that through civic discontent this government must be rejected with weekly scandals. It's enough to mention the pay scandal, the fake veterans, the 53m euros of Bechtelli to get people to protest. Protests will happen even if the opposition stays at home. There has never been greater willingness to revolt against a troubled president and such a government. The LDK is reading the situation properly and has hesitations that will soon be over and will be in step with the people”, it is further expressed.

Konjufca has said that if Thaci at the upcoming meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq enters border discussions, the people “will show the country”.
