European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic has declined to comment on Prime Minister Haradinaj's statements to the border issue between Kosovo and Albania, and that you should put your boots back on in case of touching borders.

Kocijancic has said dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade is a very complex issue.
“Pals need space to reach an agreement to normalise relations that should be in line with international law”, she said.
Kocijancic has said that Kosovo and Albania should respect the SAA agreement in terms of border management.
