Forum for Ethnic Relations Director Dusan Janjic has said that Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq's statement that his “policy has suffered defeat” is probably prepared for the passage of responsibility to the opposition, Prime Minister Anna Brnabiq or to a third party.
Janic told Beta agency that that statement is a very powerful “assessment” that does not mean exit from the dialogue process, but that the domestic-oriented policy has suffered failure.
“There has been no official policy, opinion has not been announced what this policy represents, talks with Pristina have remained and part of the policy that has been led through Serbs and the Orthodox Church has suffered a failure”, Janjic has said.
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has said on Monday that Serbia has been trying to turn the Kosovo issue to the negotiating table, but that this policy has already suffered defeat.
My “policy that Serbia preserves many things in Kosovo, obviously it has not won in Serbia, because Serbs want to lose everything, mostly want to mourn their fate. They want to cry over something far away than to have something in their hands” said Vuciq.
