Hoxhaj has stated that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia constitutes the highly complex negotiating process, but Kosovo will only sign that agreement that recognises Kosovo and guarantees its membership in the UN.
The resolution is on the Security Council in New York”, Hoxhaj said, the Associated Press reported.
Hoxhaj has criticised Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, for statements he made by exalting Milosevic during his visit to Kosovo.
He said Vuciqi is the last man in Serbia to trust him, but stressed that they will work to the maximum for reaching an agreement.
