Even, Hasan says in a democracy like Kosovo, the president has no power to talk about issues that are executive. According to him, the signing of whatever agreement is made outside the constitutional organs is invalid.
Tragic for all of Europe has named border negotiations with Serbia, the former liaison official with Serbia, Lulzim Peci.
