Kosovo is a host state that believes in freedom of expression and democratic values. But on the other hand, Kosovo and its people also respect the rule of law in its territorial integrity, and honour its institutions. These are the steadfast principles that Kosovo will always honor, respect, protect.
As prime minister of the country, I assure you that every attempt to threaten these fundamental principles for which our people have sacrificed much.
