Some decisions are ours. They're within our powers, but we'll have consultations with everyone. We're acting on the Constitution. We have continued our consultation with the international factor, but the decision is ours. It's the time dynamic that has brought this bill. Congratulations to Kosovo”, Haradinaj said after the cabinet's meeting, where the draft law on transforming KSF into the Army was adopted.

In addition, the first government has said that all it can secure today is that Government has voted its defence force.

“Parliament has its own strength, then the president signing. We are with NATO and the international community. The decision is of Kosovo, it's a government component. He's got counseled until today, and they're going to move on. The constitution has seen it that way. We invite all NATO nations to welcome this decision. We are willing not only to absorb security but also to give. The ideal moment never does. Every day is a theme. Twenty years we've given you to come to this day. And today it happened. It is constitutional, it lacks nothing”, Haradinaj has said. /Periscopi
