Haradinaj says he refuses to participate in any process where division is discussed.
My stance is clear: I do not allow, I refuse, I do not support, I do not participate in a process in which my country's borders are affected”, Haradinaj said, in an interview for RTV 21.
Kosovo does not have the luxury of discussing and reopening its borders. We've met from over 100 countries with these borders, we're members of international institutions with these borders. The opening of the border issue in any option is a return to pre-independence and is a major risk that carries unmanageable risks”, he added.
However, Haradinaj said dialogue with Serbia must continue and that reconciliation should be reached between Kosovo and Serbia.
He has suggested that dialogue with Serbia have a co-chairman from the opposition.
I'm saying for the first time, we can have a co-chairman from the opposition. Mr Limaj is open to a co-chairman from LDK, PSD or VV”, Haradinaj said.
