With the Ministry of Infrastructure's new decision (MI) all drivers who repeat traffic violations will be subjected once again to test for driver's license. Without testing the reunification process, no professional drivers will escape either. But such a decision is being described as illegal by road communications experts.

The Ministry of Infrastructure is planning that drivers who ignore communications signs and commit successive violations in communications will start testing process again.

So it has clarified in a proposal given to the newspaper “Voice” Minister of Infrastructure Pal Lekaj.

For all persons, whether young drivers, initials or professionals, the reassession of traffic knowledge is provided through additional training and the submission of the corresponding test, for which the driver's license has been revoked by the decision of the competent court. These practices apply in European Union countries, are ahead of our laws and will begin to apply in our country as well, but for all of this time the broad opinion” will be announced, Lekaj has said.

He has shown that the petition will be subject to all drivers who are continuing to repeat traffic violations.
