According to Beqaj, turmoil will be caused in Kosovo and Serbia as a result of the decision to be made, as neither side will end up satisfied.
I don't expect anything positive to happen, but I can, as a consequence, cause unrest in Kosovo and Serbia”, Beqaj has said.
Beqaj estimates that in the seven years of dialogue it has been years lost, as dialogue started to hold talks on technical issues and is ending with territorial and ethnic requirements.

Therefore, the goals of the two sides have not been genuine and are seen with the fact that they are now speaking with the pretext of euphemism for the restoration of borders for the exchange of territories, and in question there is no need for the exchange of territories, nor the correction of territories for the fact that the loss of Serb confidence in Kosovo has not been due to the territory, nor the loss of the Albanians' trust in Presevo, Bujanoc and Medgje has been due to the territory, but it has been because of politics in Serbia and in Serbia,<>
So, definitely it should not be talked about correction or exchange of territories, but it should finally be stated clearly, without the equivoy that the source of the problem's solution is the change of powers in Kosovo and Serbia”, Beqaj said.
