The Steering Board for the European Union Development Fund allocated over 2.1m euros for projects in northern Kosovo this summer, the EU Office in Kosovo announced.
“Mbi 700,000 euros have been allocated to Zvecan for the development of municipal infrastructure, including support for the development EU project”, the report said.
The same suggests that funds are earmarked for projects in Leposaviq, Northern Mitrovica and Zubin Potok.
The Development Fund is the result of the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue and is financed by taxes collected at the Jarinje/Rudnica and Tabavije/Bernjak crossings.
