The QKSS has come up with several recommendations in order that the same ones serve to create sustainability in the process of integrating the Serb community into the KSF. According to the QKSS, the Government of Kosovo, in co-operation with the international presence in Kosovo must plan to prevent the departure of KSF members, and Quint states should condition Serbia in the context of EU integration regarding its continued activity at the expense of KSF and other institutions.
Also, The QKSS recommends the Government of Kosovo focus on a process of transition of KSF through law changes, since, according to the CKSS now, hopes are lost that the process of constitutional changes can be experienced. The lack of confidence of members of this community compared to KSF, the failure to support the change of the mandate of this force, as well as the continued threats and direct attacks on Serb KSF members, has prompted more than 2018 members of this community to flee from KSF”, the report said. /Kosovo pres/
