By stopping in reforms initiated by the Albanian government, not only in terms of health infrastructure but also in facilitating bureaucratic procedures, to provide a timely and quality service to citizens, Manastirliu offered unreserved support to the Government of Kosovo, in building health institutions and in reforms launched to restore citizens' trust in the health system.
