The start of the clash originated in recent local elections after President Rugova had promised directors to LDK officials in Istog, the former son of Istog chairman Fadil Ferati, Ilir, as well as businessman from Vrella, Xhevat Demaj, writes Indexline.

In the face of these troubles, President Rugova continues to remain silent.
