According to the police report, the male victim was working in the yard when he fell into the open channel with the excavator. Then it's stuck in the dirt.
The fire-seeking unit had managed to free the victim who was later sent for medical treatment, but failed to survive.
In consultation with the prosecutor, the lifeless body has been released to family members.
