Shkumbin Demalijaj is charged in the case of KLA veterans' lists as former members of the Government Commission for Verification of Veterans' Lists.
And for the same criminal act, MP Milaim Zeka has been assigned the detention measure at the trial hearing that was held Thursday.
The protection of Zeka has described this court ruling as unfounded.
However, Zeka has apologized to special prosecutor Africa Shefkiu.
In the request for the detention of prosecutor Rexhep Macedonia, Zeka is said to have committed a criminal offence against Prosecutor Africa Shefkiu.
The prosecutor's request for custody has based him on the risk of fleeing the defendant and obstructing the criminal procedure.
The trial of Milaim Zeka and others for the fraud of Germany's working visa Kosovars is expected to begin on 2 October.
