We do not accept Kosovo because it is an illegal creature. So the Belgrade media quoted Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic as saying, under which Kosovo's “president Hashim Thaci is right when he says Serbia will not issue any pressure to recognise Kosovo's independence”, Coha.net broadcasts.
During a conference with journalists, the Serbian chief diplomat has said Serbia cannot accept the unilateral declaration of independence because it is an act against international law and, according to him, does not come to the fore the recognition of something that is a unilateral act, despite pressures, Dicicic said, even though the JND has deemed Kosovo's declaration of independence legal and, in accordance with international law, recalls Koha.net.
The other “is”, according to Dachicqi, “if someone wants to compromise to overcome problems, without what's going either Belgrade or Pristina”, the media quoted him as saying. “Even Thaci himself has said that without Serbia's consent there is no solution”, he has indicated.
Serbian diplomacy head Ivica Dacic stated that when it comes to changing borders, the international principle is “not to break borders by force”.
“No one here intends to change borders by force, there will be an agreement or no”, Dacic noted.
He said all countries, except for Great Britain and Germany, support a compromise solution and do not interfere with what will be.
“Germania and Great Britain oppose changing borders, and Serbia agrees in principle with this”, the Serbian chief diplomat said.
