Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has said that Serbia will recognise Kosovo when it makes grapes.
He has said authorities in Pristina, on a daily basis, send different messages that, according to him, have nothing to do with reality, writes B92, broadcast Periscopi.
He has said that even Hashim Thaci is constantly using his statements about joining Presevo with Kosovo, because CHAai must say something because he is attacked from all sides.
