Court in Turkey orders release of arrested MP

Confirming this sentence, the Court decided to release Enis Berberoglu, deputy of the Republican People's Party ( The CHP, Social Democrat, according to state news agency” Anadolu”, arguing he enjoyed parliamentary immunity, which received another mandate in the June general elections.
That means he will have to suffer the measure of condemnation at the end of his mandate.
Beberoglu was sentenced in February to five years and 10 months in prison after sending a video to the hospital, where Ankara, according to him, had issued weapons to fighters in Syria.
