In July 2016, the boy from Cumanova Almir was hit by Ilqi's car because in advance the baby's father and he had a banal fight in the ambulance.
Initially, Ilic was pursued for the deliberate murder work, yet the same was later requalified by the Prosecutor's Office, following him for criminal work <x0 heavy anti-human security and property in communications from Article 300 paragraph 2 about Article 297 paragraph 1 from the Penal Code”.
In question, there have been severe reactions to opinion by organising massive protests by citizens who condemned the prosecution's act because of the requalification of the course.

During the trial, there were reactions to the fact that concessions have been made during the procedure, or have been taken for evidence of neuropsychiatric expertise by long term experts. Besides, although security cameras clearly indicate that Boban's brother, Bojan Ilq, was involved in the beating with Sedat Aliun, Sami Demirin and Abdulla Ali, he was not charged, or convicted.
According to the first-instance ruling, Ilic was sentenced to 6 years in prison, Almir Aliu's father, Sedat Aliu to 6 months in prison, while Sedat Demiri and Abdullah Aliu were sentenced to 9 months in prison for “raped”
