Deda, at RTV Dukaagjini, has said that these 6 fatal cases are less likely to occur because of changing communication conditions.
Each year could have more or less 5% accidents due to the terms and circumstances of communications”, he said.
Communications expert has said that real research so far has not occurred, even though some shocking cases have occurred in Kosovo this year.
There wasn't much more research. Any serious accident needs to be done with a thorough investigation or a wide debate”.
Deday has said that any preventing accident measures are welcome, but Task Force on this issue has not worked.
I've never seen a Task Force driving that I've done this year several times towards Peja”, Nol Deday said.
Deday said Task Force is a waste of time.
“Even QKUK acknowledges that a large part of the deaths occur why patients do not be sent by times”, he said.
According to the security expert, a budget is needed to deal with the study of the 5 black points that exist on the streets of Kosovo.
“The security council under the Ministry of Infrastructure must have the budget to study these five black points”, Nol Deday said.
