This is due to the budgetary restrictions and huge debts this municipality is facing, writes Koha Ditore today.
A year earlier, the municipality had provided more than a million and 100 thousand euros for supply of school kiffles, while this contract has already expired with the economic operator.
Ferizaj municipal officials have said they are looking at opportunities for financial opportunities in the second part of the school year.
Africa Labjan, the director of education in Ferizaj's municipality, has said that this year's first half-year anniversary will go by without a kidel for students because of budgetary restrictions and large debts inherited from past government.
