Brave Kosovars in war than in peace, O'Connell: That bravery today needs prosecutors and judges

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri and Britain's Ambassador Ruairi O'Connell have signed a co-operation agreement on revising the justice system.

Ambassador O'Connell said EULEX is leaving Kosovo and that local justice institutions should assume all those responsible.
