Air Albania, after Istanbul extends flights to Rome, Bologna, and London

The Competition Authority (AK) has authorised the concentration implemented through the creation of the joint venture “AAir Albania” shpk from “Abcontrol” chess, “MDN Investment” shpk and “Turk Havana Yollari” AO. In the assessment of the Authority, each shareholder has; “Albconrol” 10%, 41% “MDN Investment” and “Turk Havana Yollari A.O” with 49%.
The same document details the lines the Albanian airline will cover, registered in the QKR on 13 September, underlining that Istanbul is the first destination and then flights will be extended to Rome, Bologna and London, broadcast at the scene.
