These are the accused of veterans list fraud

Charged are Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitijaha, Shumbin Demalijaj, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Xhavit Jashar and S.E. and F. S.

The prosecution in the indictment has been proposed that the court issue the move to prevent the payment of legally acquired pensions as KLA veteran fighters until the end of the criminal procedure.

From the evidence provided so far has proven that illegal payments to KLA war veterans have been against them, the Republic of Kosovo budget has been damaged in many of the 68,153,533.14 euros.
