20 thousand Gadime Cave tourists in just eight months

Ten thousand of them are estimated to have frequented the interior of this rare cave during the summer months alone.

Among the many countrymen who visit this natural monument is Rami Osman from Melbourne, Australia, who has come to see the cave again 15 years later.

“Come from Melbourne to visit Kosovo on vacation. I've been in this cave in 2003, it's a very good attraction, it makes you come back and visit him again. Wonderful! ”, Osmani said

Besides, the cave managed by the Ministry of Environment needs investment.

The new lighting network at the Gadima Cave is a necessary investment, since in the old, dating back to the '70s, only partial but insufficient investments have been made.

While the Ministry of Trade Tourism Division has provided no answers, the Ministry of Environment said it would invest 25 thousand euros in enlightenment.
