The attack occurred Saturday in the town of Koya, which is located 300km from Baghdad, reports Al Jazeera, the Kosovo Clan reports.
In a tweet, the Iranian Democratic Party blamed Iran for the attack and said even a refugee camp was hit.
Photos posted by the PDKI on social media showed injured children and massive smoke in the sky.
Iranian state media and its military forces have not commented on the reported attack.
